So you see: We are almost as old as Pakistan itself!
In 1947, the nation of Pakistan was formed. And the very next year, my beloved father, Hakim Mohammed Said, leaving Hamdard India, came and founded Hamdard Pakistan. From the two rented rooms where he first started his free practice of Unani Medicine, grew Hamdard Laboratories, multiple factories of herbal medicines and products, Hamdard
Foundation Pakistan’s nationwide presence, and its educational institutions from Primary to Postgraduate level.
One thing however has remained unchanged: Hamdard’s sense of service to humanity.
Since my father’s shocking assassination in 1998, I have been doing my best to carry forward his legacy and mission. May Allah continue to give me the strength to do so.
At Hamdard University Hospital, using state-of-the-art equipment and dedicated staff of doctors, nurses, and other helpers, we offer:

• Excellent and exemplary service to all – unaffected by social or economic status;
• And our high recovery rate of patients speaks for itself;
