The general pool of medical beds also includes an 11 bedded
Intensive Care Unit and 5 bedded High Dependency Unit with facilities of invasive
and non-invasive monitoring and protocols for patients with acute medical
emergencies. Medical outpatient clinics are housed in the outpatient department
where more than 100 patients are seen and examined on daily basis. Currently,
subspecialties allied with the department of medicine are family medicine.
The Department comprises of qualified and experienced
faculty, which offers latest specialized care for a wide range of medical
problems and strives to provide all patients with individualized and
compassionate care.
The Medicine Department also offers medical students, interns, residents,
